We literally search the world for the highest-quality seafood. We have buyers and total quality inspectors who work with suppliers in over 30 countries to bring you "the best of the sea." We examine and test seafood at every point of our supply chain - all the way to the source - so guests know they are enjoying safe meals in our restaurants. All Red Lobster seafood meets our industry-leading standards which, in turn, meet or exceed all U.S. government requirements.

Where can I purchase the items I see in your restaurants such as glassware and plate ware?
Regarding glassware, Libby's was the distributor of the Red Lobster Lighthouse Glasses and there were ten glasses in the series. Regarding plate ware, it was designed exclusively for Red Lobster and are not available for retail sale. Currently, all of our restaurants are using this china, however, we are constantly testing new products, so it's likely that you may periodically find something different in our restaurants.

Where can I find more information about the music you play in your restaurants?
The music played in our restaurants is created exclusively for Red Lobster, and due to licensing requirements it cannot be sold to guests. Also, the music used in the restaurants are for use only on our stereo equipment, and cannot be played on regular compact disc players.

Which menu selections are vegetarian?
It's difficult to say from one restaurant to the next, but only because our chefs are constantly creating and customizing recipes for our menu. While we don't have vegetarian items on our menu, some recipes can be prepared without meat or seafood. Please speak with a manager about specific menu suggestions to best meet your needs.
