![]() Dishing Out Our FavoritesHi its Chef LaDuke and welcome back to the chefs blog.In our last video cast from a great Cape Cod fish market, Chef Mickler and I spoke about how we would cook our favorite fresh fish. In these next two videos, well show you how to create those dishes. Both are inspired by our hometowns. Chef Mickler creates a flounder recipe reminiscent of his childhood on Floridas Gulf Coast. And as a New England native, I chose to cook fresh salmon. If you have any questions about seafood, please feel free to drop us a note. You can also see these recipes and many more in our Virtual Fresh Fish Cookbook. I am probably one of a few people that love Red Lobster for their chicken dishes. My family, of course, loves the seafood. I order the cajun chicken linguine. I've tried many combinations at home to duplicate the sauce, but can't get it right. Is it possible to share how you make it? Thanks.
I was hoping on getting some halibut on teh menu. I read that it's a cold water fish and that it's really high is omega-3. I'm very curious as to how to fix it. I'd like to try it first. And i know you guys make really great dishes. I like in SC and I dont' think it's on the menu. It'd be nice to try it. Maybe someone else may want it to. Hope to see it on there one day.
